Commercial Sales Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for driving commercial sales performance by developing and maintaining strong relationships with commercial customers. Oversees order acquisition, delivery coordination, account servicing, and ensures customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow commercial sales by acquiring new accounts and servicing existing customers.
• Serve as the primary contact for commercial clients, managing communication and service quality.
• Plan and oversee product delivery routes; ensure accurate delivery documentation and driver coordination.
• Provide consultative support by researching and recommending appropriate automotive parts and solutions.
• Manage billing, process returns, and reconcile commercial account records.
• Visit accounts to ensure consistent service and timely deliveries.
• Support store operations and assist other AutoZoners with various business functions.
• Train and mentor drivers, commercial specialists, and team members as directed.
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company safety policies.
• Ensure all commercial drivers have proper certifications and adhere to safe driving practices.
• Maintain company vehicles and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge is necessary.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and sales skills.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary

Compensation range: $14.45 – $19.17 per hour, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
