Industrial Electrician

Job Summary:

General Mills is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our Cincinnati, OH manufacturing team. This role supports production and packaging operations, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, maintain, and improve electrical systems while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment and control systems
• Design and install circuits, fixtures, wiring, and other electrical components
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues using standard test equipment
• Update electrical documentation including redlines and manuals
• Support mechanical troubleshooting and modifications
• Perform preventative maintenance during uptime and downtime
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Train and mentor new employees
